Apparently, it fuchsla not so simple. Afterwards, she attended a full-time course at the Sichuan Institute of Higher Cuisine, and has since returned to Sichuan every year to continue her research into the local cuisine. I think she does well by focusing her book on just one of the many aspects of Chinese cooking.
